Job Overview Remote Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects, working closely with clients, third-party vendors and internal teams. In this role, you will translate business needs into clear, actionable plans and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time and to a consistently high standard. As a key member of our Delivery team, you will collaborate with consultants, designers and engineers to support cross-team alignment and successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented and an exceptional communicator who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Responsibilities In this role, you will lead complex technology projects end-to-endfrom initial scoping and definition through delivery, testing and closurewhile ensuring alignment with client goals and contractual requirements. You will create and maintain project plans, budgets and resource forecasts, carefully balancing delivery pace with commercial and quality expectations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will coordinate design, engineering, product and external vendors while managing dependencies, risks and change requests through clear mitigation and communication plans. You will maintain high-quality documentation, reporting and governance, ensuring transparency throughout each project. You will capture lessons learned and contribute to ongoing improvements in delivery processes, while also supporting the Delivery Director in shaping delivery strategy, prioritising roadmaps and aligning projects with broader business goals. As the primary client contact, you will nurture trusted relationships through proactive and transparent communication. You will lead project ceremoniesincluding steering meetings, stand-ups, retrospectives and governance reviewsensuring stakeholders remain aligned and able to make informed decisions. You will define success metrics, monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and added value, positioning LeisureLabs not just as a vendor but as a strategic partner. You will also contribute delivery insights to proposals, statements of work and partnership plans to support long-term account growth. Operationally, you will oversee budgets, change requests and resource allocation to ensure delivery and commercial targets remain aligned. You will prepare estimates, statements of work and change orders, providing clarity around scope, timelines and commercial terms. Working with delivery teams, you will support forecasting, billing and utilisation reporting. You will monitor project profitability and identify risks or opportunities early, enabling informed decision-making at leadership level. You will also support operational planning and help improve processes that enhance scalability and client engagement models. Within the team, you will work closely with the Director of Delivery and Project Leads to uphold best practices and contribute to a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and excellence. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in business, technology or a related field, and at least five years of experience managing digital or software projects. You should be confident managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and comfortable working across Agile, Scrum and traditional methodologies. Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and financial oversight skills are essential, as is a high level of attention to detail. Experience in the fitness or leisure sector is advantageous but not required.
