Lawyers on Demand are seeking a Senior Competition Lawyer to cover a maternity leave. This role involves working for a multinational organization specializing in energy and digital automation.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in competition and antitrust law, including merger control, abuse of dominance, and anti-competitive agreements. Responsibilities include managing investigations, engaging with competition authorities, and providing practical, business-focused advice in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Advising on a wide range of global competition law matters, including antitrust compliance, merger control, and distribution practices.
2. Supporting investigations and interactions with competition authorities.
3. Collaborating with business units, legal teams, and external counsel to ensure compliance, manage risk, and support commercial objectives.
4. Training and developing internal policies to uphold best practices in competition law.
This is a full-time position based on a hybrid model in the London area and surrounding suburbs.
