Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Centre Strategy & Offering Manager to lead the development and execution of the UK Data Centre strategy.
This is a senior strategic role shaping the future of sovereign compute, AI, HPC and Quantum services in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Vision: Own the UK Data Centre strategy and roadmap, aligned to the wider Sovereign portfolio.
* Offering Development: Build and refine offerings that enable growth across Uvance, European and partner portfolios.
* Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of Data Centre offerings, ensuring they deliver business value and technical feasibility.
* Stakeholder Leadership: Manage and influence stakeholders across UK, Europe, global teams and partners.
* Transformation Delivery: Lead planning and transformation across the UK Data Centre estate.
* Market Enablement: Ensure sales and delivery teams can effectively take Data Centre propositions to market.
* Promotion & Engagement: Support internal and external promotion, including marketing and analyst engagement.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong leadership, strategic planning and influencing capability.
* Deep understanding of Data Centres and future architectures for AI, HPC and Quantum.
* Expertise in portfolio management, go-to-market strategy and operational enablement.
* Ability to operate within a complex, matrixed global environment.
Qualifications & Experience
* Extensive experience developing Data Centre strategy within a global SI or specialist Data Centre provider.
* Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives in large, multinational environments.
* Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to translate strategy into tangible execution.
* Background in Data Centre, hybrid cloud or advanced compute solutions is highly desirable.
