We are seeking a talented FP&A Manager to collaborate with leadership and support the growth and profitability of our business in a complex ecommerce environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high personal and professional values, excellent judgment, and strong leadership skills. This is a full-time role based in London, UK, reporting to the Finance Director for Europe and MENA.
What does a day in the life of an FP&A Manager look like?
* Manage financial processes including operating plans, financial forecasting, month-end closing, performance planning, and board reporting.
* Develop long-range plan models and processes.
* Assist in managing all finance processes across Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
* Continuously improve forecast accuracy, OKRs, and key reporting metrics.
What skills and experience will help you succeed in this role?
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
* At least 3 years of relevant financial experience, including FP&A.
* Proficiency in corporate finance concepts.
* Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ask curious questions, provide thoughtful responses, and be willing to help with tasks of any size.
* Be action-oriented and take initiative.
* Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
* Communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders.
