About Surveying Executive – Lease Reform the Role You will work on a wide range of cases involving the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (LRHUDA 1993). We are looking for someone who understands the legislation, the valuation principles, and the negotiation process involved in statutory lease extensions and enfranchisement. Key responsibilities include: * Reviewing and quality‑checking work produced by less experienced team members. * Handling more complex or sensitive cases from initial assessment through to settlement. * Leading negotiations to secure fair and reasonable outcomes for clients. * Preparing Expert Witness reports for First‑tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) cases, with hearing attendance depending on your experience and preference. * Acting as a point of technical support within the team, helping maintain high standards and consistent case handling.
