Your duties will include:
Familiarising yourself with our room layouts, capacities, and audio-visual equipment
Greeting event organisers and acting as their point of contact on the day
Managing the events team, including forecasting and planning rotas based on business needs
Being an operational member of the hotel management team
Ensuring the highest standards of presentation in our event rooms
Leading the operational team to ensure all events are run professionally
The successful candidate will already be an events manager or an experienced supervisor looking to take their first step into a management role. The working week will consist of shifts including evenings and weekends.
