About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected car retailer for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their busy dealership in Portadown. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-focused individual to take ownership of a high-performing sales team and continue to build on the dealership’s success.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed targets
* Drive sales performance across new and/or used vehicles
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
* Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a professional environment
* Implement effective sales strategies and promotions
* Ensure compliance with all company and manufacturer standards
About You
* Proven experience in car sales within a busy dealership environment
* Previous experience managing and leading a sales team
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Target-driven with a track record of achieving results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised, motivated, and able to work under pressure
* Full, clean and valid UK driving licence
