We're excited to offer a newly created opportunity for an Operational Planning and Performance Manager to join the Member Services team on a permanent basis. This role offers the chance to shape how insight-driven, member-focused services are delivered.
County Durham, 2-3 days in the office per week
The Role
* You'll lead the development of a robust framework for resource planning, performance insight, and management information to support both operational delivery and strategic decision-making.
* Your work will help ensure our services are aligned with a member-first vision and continuously improving.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in operational reporting, performance insight, and capacity planning
* A background in both back-office and telephony environments, ideally within financial services
* Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning
* Experience in business case development and benefit realisation
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* An understanding of operating models and pension administration (desirable)
