Location: Northampton
Contract: Full-time, 2-year fixed term (41 weeks + training days + 2 flexible weeks)
Pay:£170 - £190pd dependent on experience
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and experienced individual to join a supportive secondary academy within a school within our partner Education Trust. We are seeking a Behaviour Managerto manage and coordinate the day-to-day implementation of the academy’s positive behaviour strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and embed a culture of positive behaviour and respectful attitudes.
* Support students during lessons and social times, managing interventions such as lesson removals, seclusions, and reintegration.
* Analyse behaviour data to shape impactful strategies.
* Work directly with students and families to remove behaviour-related barriers to learning.
* Provide training for staff and lead a small support team.
* Act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and first aider.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong background in pastoral or behaviour support within an educational setting.
* Excellent communication, leadership and data analysis skills.
* A commitment to student welfare and high expectations for behaviour.
* Brilliant communication skills with students, families and staff to ensure that students flourish in all aspects of school life.
