Equans is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Rotherham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
The post holder will be accountable for the delivery of the contract and associated specifications for the contract and will be the point of client escalation dealing with all issues at site level. The post holder will deal with complex management of multiple interfaces, primarily managing multiple service lines on the PFI account on behalf of Equans.
What will you deliver?
1. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the service delivery of educational facilities including the financial, safety and quality performance elements of the contract.
2. Provide a safe and healthy environment and working conditions for all employees.
3. Comply with all Equans policies/procedures to ensure timely and effectively implementation.
4. Ensure contractual commitments are met in accordance with contract SLAs / KPIs and other requirements detailed within the contract documentation.

7. Ensure financial policies and processes are effectively communicated, implemented and monitored.
8. To be customer focused within all areas of operational activities and maximise relationships with clients.
9. Ensure the contracts are staffed by fully competent properly trained teams, with all post holders being appropriately skilled and experienced to undertake their roles effectively, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
10. Deliver effective communication through competent advice, leadership and direct contribution to client management meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence and monthly and ad-hoc reporting, as appropriate.

Who are we looking for?
22. Previous experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role
23. Management of a large PFI contract
24. Experience managing services in a prestigious corporate environment
25. Experience in CAFM, Finance and Intranet HR / Payroll Systems
26. Experience in P&L management
27. Proactive and enthusiastic Team Player that brings out the best in others
28. Is numerate and analytical and financially aware
29. Possesses MS office (word, excel and PowerPoint) skills
30. Health and Safety aware in all aspects of the business
31. Has a clear understanding of EMS and its importance
32. Highly customer focused with a capacity to learn and progress
