Programming, setting, and operating 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC milling machines
Interpreting engineering drawings to produce precision components to tight tolerances (~20µm)
Creating setup and tooling documentation to ensure repeatable, high-quality results
Inspecting and qualifying your own work using measuring equipment and quality reports
Working independently to meet deadlines without compromising quality
Supporting and training team members where needed
Identifying time and cost-saving improvements
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environmentWhat You Bring
You're experienced, reliable, and take real pride in your work.
Strong CNC milling experience (ideally 5+ years)
Confident programming and operating 3, 4 & 5 axis machines
Proficient with Heidenhain controls (Fanuc a bonus)
Able to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
Experience with machines such as Doosan, Matsuura, or Mazak
Comfortable inspecting your own work and owning quality
Positive, proactive, "can-do" attitudeBonus points if you also have:
Apprenticeship background
Experience machining large components (up to 2.5m)
Overhead crane or manual handling training (training available)What You'll Get
