The Role
You'll be responsible for a wide range of vehicles, ensuring every job is completed to a high standard. Your day-to-day includes:
* Advanced Diagnostics: Fault-finding and problem-solving using modern equipment.
* Mechanical Repairs: Full servicing, brakes, suspension, and engine work.
* Quality Control: Maintaining safety and customer satisfaction at the forefront of every repair.
* Communication: Giving clear updates to the team and customers on vehicle health.
What We're Looking For
* Qualified: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
* Experienced: Proven track record in a busy workshop environment.
* MOT License: Desirable (but we can help you get this if you don't have it!).
* Attitude: Reliable, honest, and enthusiastic about doing the job properly.
* License: Must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
