FT Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Coordinator based in Aberdeen on a Permanent, Full Time basis, with some flexible working available.
This is a varied, office-based role supporting sales activity across key customers and market sectors, working closely with engineering, production and operations to ensure accurate quotations and a high level of customer service.
Main duties include:
* Managing and responding to customer enquiries
* Preparing cost estimates, quotations and proposals
* Liaising with engineering and production teams to progress enquiries and orders
* Supporting the sales team with reporting, forecasting and follow-up activity
* Acting as a key point of contact for nominated accounts
* Assisting with customer visits, exhibitions and networking events
* Supporting marketing activity including website content, social media and promotional materials
Suitable candidates should have the following:
* Prior experience in a Technical Sales role, ideally within manufacturing, marine or subsea environments
* Ability to understand technical engineering drawings and learn technical jargon
* Excellent communication and customer-facing ability
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* High level of attention to detail
Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
