Quality Inspector
Quality Inspector – Diss, Norfolk – £25,000 per annum + Performance-Linked Bonus – 37.5 hours per week | Rotating shifts: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm
Michelle Denny Recruitment is working alongside Merit Plastic Mouldings in Diss to find a Quality Inspector to join their team.

Previous quality experience would be beneficial, but it isn't essential. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career within manufacturing and quality.
As a Quality Inspector, you'll help ensure products consistently meet the high standards expected by both the business and its customers.
What you'll be doing
* Checking incoming materials, products in production and finished goods
* Carrying out measurements and quality inspections
* Approving first-off products before production begins
* Recording inspection results and maintaining quality documentation
* Monitoring production standards and identifying any issues
* Supporting investigations into defects and quality concerns
* Working closely with production teams to maintain quality standards

* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence working with measurements and following procedures
* A genuine interest in manufacturing, engineering or quality
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
