We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Secretary to join our Trauma and Orthopaedic secretarial team within NHS Highland. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team that delivers high quality administrative and secretarial support to a large team of Trauma and Orthopaedic Consultants and Allied Health Professionals.

The Trauma and Orthopaedics department can be a complex and fast-paced environment with each Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon managing multiple workstreams, which requires meticulous coordination and attention to detail. A key part of this role will be the efficient scheduling of patient procedures across multiple sites within NHS Highland.

This is a rewarding role where your contribution will directly support patient care and clinical outcomes. You will be part of a large, friendly, and supportive administrative team that values collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Hours of work are 37 hours a week.
