Ensure cleaning, hygiene and food safety protocols are consistently followed and exceeded. Support operations - Make sure the team is set up with the equipment, tools and knowledge they need before every service. Keep back-of-house areas clean, safe and efficient. Team leadership - Brief, support and train the stewarding team daily. Motivate and role model high standards, while working closely with kitchen and F&D teams. Keep things compliant - Oversee COSHH, manual handling, and safe systems of work. Maintain checklists, schedules and training logs to ensure compliance is always up to date. Spot check & solve - Monitor cleanliness, equipment usage, and hygiene procedures, resolving issues proactively and reporting repairs or faults as needed. Control stock - Help manage chemical, consumable and equipment stock, ensuring ordering is timely and cost-effective. Go green - Support sustainable practices including waste reduction, recycling, and efficient operations in line with our environmental goals. What's Your Story?
