Responsibilities:
1. Delivering the food concept to Company standard and exceeding guest expectations
2. Managing food stock control, including ordering, deliveries, stock taking, and wastage control
3. Supporting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and deputising in their absence
4. Training and developing the kitchen team to reach their potential
5. Ensuring all aspects of Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance are met according to law and Company policy
Requirements:
Previous experience in a busy kitchen is essential. You must be keen to develop, willing to take on responsibility, and remain calm under pressure.
