About the Role:
We are working with a well-established and growing family-run accountancy practice in Redditch who are looking to add a Senior Accountant to their friendly and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who has built their career within a practice environment, and is looking for a long-term, stable position with real client ownership and partner support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and finalisation of statutory accounts for a variety of clients
* Completion and submission of self-assessment and corporation tax returns
* Strong working knowledge of Accounts and Tax principles
* Direct client liaison including meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence
* Providing proactive support to the partner and assisting with client queries
* Handling a portfolio of clients independently with minimal supervision
* Reviewing junior staff work (if applicable) and assisting with their development
* Keeping up to date with accounting standards and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience within an accountancy practice is essential
* ACA / ACCA qualified, part-qualified or QBE with strong technical knowledge
* Confident in managing a varied portfolio of clients
* Experience using accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, IRIS etc.)
* Strong understanding of personal and corporate tax
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
