The Role
As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will:
* Support students with wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need extra guidance
* Help students manage routines, emotions, and challenges in school
* Provide support during lessons, as well as break and lunch times
* Work closely with pastoral teams, SENCOs, and teaching staff
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students
