MCS Group is looking for an experienced Contract Business Analyst to support a programme of CRM and business change initiatives, including the enhancement of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This Contract Business Analyst will be working with stakeholders across various functions, and will help shape requirements, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. The contract will involve analysing current processes, defining future workflows and supporting the delivery of scalable, user-focused CRM capabilities. The Role Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather business requirements Analyse and document current processes and identify improvement opportunities Produce clear user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria Work closely with technical teams to translate requirements into deliverable solutions Support solution design, testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Contribute to user adoption, documentation and change activities The Person Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within CRM or transformation programmes Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another enterprise CRM platform Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills Experience working in Agile or fast-paced delivery environments Financial services or regulated industry experience desirable Assignment Rate: £400 - £475 DOE IR35: Inside Duration: 6 months initially Location: Belfast - two days per week onsite.
