Personal Injury Solicitor - 4+ PQE Location: Bournemouth Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 (DOE) The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a well-established and growing law firm based in Bournemouth. The Role As a key member of the Personal Injury department, you’ll manage a varied and rewarding caseload across RTA, EL/PL, and complex or higher-value claims .
The position offers excellent autonomy, client interaction, and the chance to play a central role in the department’s continued success. Key Responsibilities: Manage your own portfolio of claimant personal injury cases from instruction through to settlement. Deliver high-quality legal advice with a strong focus on client care and compliance.
Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the department. Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships. Contribute to business development initiatives and help drive the firm’s growth.
About You Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Personal Injury law. Proven track record of successfully managing a personal injury caseload. Strong technical understanding and a commercial approach to client management.
