I am working with a top firm in Warwickshire known for their high quality work and a reputation for a friendly, client-facing service, on an incredibly exciting opportunity for an experienced private client solicitor to join their team and take their first steps into a formal leadership position.
My client are looking for an experienced private client professional (Solicitor or CILEx) to join the team as a senior associate, take on significant responsibility within the department including supervision of more junior employees, with a view to progressing into a director position in the not-too-distant future.
The successful candidate can expect to play a major role in the running of the department and wider firm, whilst also taking on a varied caseload on behalf of a fantastic client base (leaning towards the more high net worth).

4. Probate and Estate Administration
5. Trust structuring, restructuring and administration

A willingness to engage in business development and networking opportunities is essential, as is the ability to positively contribute to the fantastic workplace culture that my client has worked hard to cultivate.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
