Your Role
As part of an award-winning planning team, you will play a vital role in enabling and accelerating sustainable development within the Borough. Join us to work on a variety of interesting planning applications, pre-application enquiries, and appeals, contributing to a dynamic and successful team.
About You
We seek a planner with substantial experience in Development Management, ideally with a background in both public and private sectors. You should be a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) or eligible, with proven experience handling diverse planning applications, including urban regeneration, large-scale projects, and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) developments. A strategic thinker with keen attention to detail, you should be a strong communicator capable of representing the department at committees, hearings, and Public Inquiries.
