The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of the classroom, working alongside teachers to support learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. You’ll have the opportunity to work 1:1 with students, lead small-group interventions, and help pupils build the confidence, skills, and resilience they need to thrive.
