Fabricator/Welder SupervisorCertain Advantage is hiring for a Hands-on Fabricator/Welder Supervisor based in the Skelmersdale area. This role is on a permanent basis and is site-based.The CompanyWe’re working with a manufacturer of bespoke equipment and assemblies serving a range of markets including Subsea, Nuclear, and Heavy Manufacturing.The RoleThis position is ideal for an experienced, hands-on Fabricator/Welder with supervisory experience who takes pride in high-quality workmanship. You’ll be responsible for fabricating and welding to a high standard—mainly MIG, with TIG skills an advantage—while also leading a small team to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.The IndividualWe’re looking for people who have:Time-served experience in fabrication and weldingAbility to interpret detailed engineering drawingsProven supervisory experience (managing 5–6 team members)Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior managementThe BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate from £20.00 - £22.00 (dependent on experience)39-hour day shift, Monday to FridayOvertime paid at x1.3Training and development opportunitiesSounds like you?
