Lead Support Worker
Earn £14.06 per hour (£27,500 per year) plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and a health cash plan worth over £1,140. Permanent, full‑time (37.5 hours per week) with an 8‑week rolling rota. Basingstoke region. We cannot offer a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.

In this role you will help people with complex needs live more independently, where no two days are the same. You will support customers through life’s everyday ups and downs, guiding them toward their goals and supporting them in everyday tasks.
What you’ll do
* Lead support planning and coordinate delivery of person‑centred support.
* Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while managing caseloads.
* Support customers with daily tasks such as budgeting, cooking and attending appointments.
* Work with multi‑agency teams to safeguard and empower customers.
* Help customers build independence and prepare for their move‑on into the community.

What you bring
* Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
* Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willingness to work towards it).
* Experience working in a supportive environment.
* The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach.
* Understanding of individuals with mental health diagnoses.
* Support planning experience.

Practical bits
* 8‑week rolling rota: early shifts 9-5 pm, late shifts 2-10 pm, approximately one weekend in four (11-7 pm).
* Manage your own caseload.
* Service based at the main hub with satellite services in Basingstoke, Alton, Aldershot and Fleet.
* Enhanced disclosure and barring list required (we pay). A vehicle insured for business use and a license are required; we’ll pay for any business mileage.
