How you'll make an impact
This is a hands-on role with strong business partnering exposure and plenty of opportunity to drive change. You'll work directly with senior leadership and play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, improving systems and processes, and enhancing overall financial control.
* Play a key role in the month-end close process and provide financial insight to the Finance Director and Managing Director
* Produce timely and accurate management accounts, analysis, and cash forecasts
* Maintain robust financial control through ownership of reconciliations and balance sheet integrity
* Support the budgeting process, preparing reports and analysis for Board review and sign-off
* Drive process improvements across finance systems, controls, and reporting
* Provide financial analysis to support key decisions across all business functions
* Liaise with auditors and support the year-end process to ensure timely and accurate reporting
* Partner with teams across the organisation to ensure finance is well-integrated into operational decision-making

* Strong Excel skills, with experience modelling data and building reporting tools
* Confident communicator able to explain financials to non-financial colleagues
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, commercial environment with tight margins and high transaction volumes
* Proven track record in financial analysis and producing reports that inform business decisions
* Experience working in a regulatory environment is a plus
