Tasks
Day to day responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of events, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and within budget
* Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into clear event plans
* Oversee logistics, staffing, suppliers, and technical support
* Lead on-site operations, solving challenges quickly and professionally
* Manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships
* Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and licensing requirements
* Conduct post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement
