The Role: Account Manager
As a Sales support, you'll work alongside our award-winning Sales teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day function of the team. You'll be building connections with clients each day and working to maintain existing relationships.
You will be responsible for:
* supporting customers throughout the sales/ordering process
* Quoting and negotiating the best pricing with our suppliers
* Provide excellent service, developing key relationships, and consistently assisting the team to hit its targets
* Order management & bid negotiation
* Pre- and post-sales support for a varied customer base
* Logging and processing sales via our internal sales system
* Relationship management with a growing customer base
* Liaising with stakeholders to resolve internal queries
* Product and service development
