About the Role As Restaurant Supervisor, you?ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience that feels both relaxed and refined. Working closely with the management team, you?ll lead by example, ensuring every shift runs smoothly, guests are looked after, and the team are motivated and empowered to do their best work. You?ll be part of a caf? that?s deeply connected to its roots. Much of what we serve comes directly from Goodwood Home Farm, including our organic cheeses, dairy, heritage meats, and our very own Ale. These ingredients form the foundation of a seasonal menu that?s classic in concept, and consistently high in execution.
