What we are looking for in a Health Care Support Worker:
1. To provide high-quality care in accordance with the child/young person's individual care plan under the supervision of an appropriately qualified registered nurse.
2. To support families through advocating, navigating, and signposting them to services to meet their needs within their community.
3. To participate fully in meeting the play, recreational, and learning activities for the child/young person, utilising all resources available and in collaboration with the play leaders.
4. To assist in the checking and administration of medicines under the supervision of Registered Nurses and undertake all relevant training required to support safe medicines management.

We have opportunities for Health Care Support Workers to join our team based in Oswestry. You will join us on either a full-time or part-time, permanent basis. The role involves working twelve and a half hour shifts, including both days and nights. In return, our Health Care Support Worker will receive a competitive rate of £24,778 - £27,273 FTE per annum (dependent on experience).
