We are looking for a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our Drop-In Centre team. You'll provide emotional support, practical guidance, and a welcoming space for people experiencing mental health challenges.
You will listen, encourage confidence and wellbeing, signpost to local services, and help create a supportive community environment. We are seeking someone with good communication skills, patience, and empathy. Previous experience is helpful but not essential; training will be provided.
