As a Field Service Engineer, you will be a hands-on, self-motivated and required to maintain and service our clients cutting-edge coding systems across the UK.
The work will include diagnosing, repairing, and providing training at customer sites, ensuring an excellent level of customer service in the process. Due to the nature of the work it requires regular travel and overnight stays.
The role will require servicing state of the art machinery in the automotive, food, pharmaceutical industries and similar.
The machinery will include printers, carton feeders, inkjet printers and similar.
The requirement is due to rapid growth and it is an exciting time to be part of their growing team.

Benefits:
Salary - £35,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
* Service and repair high-tech coding equipment.
* Perform preventive maintenance to ensure maximum uptime.
* Deliver technical support and on-site training.
* Manage parts, tools, and documentation.
* Build relationships with customers.
Skills and Experience:
* Strong electro-mechanical and diagnostic skills.
* Strong desire for a career in field service with 1-3 years of experience.
* Willingness to travel.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Confident communication and customer service.
* Full UK driving license.
