Responsibilities
* Assisting in the analysis of laws and regulations to assess their impact on company policies and procedures.
* Maintaining, reviewing, and updating risk and compliance policies and procedures.
* Managing the compliance mailbox to ensure prompt and efficient responses.
* Attending ERM and Risk Committee meetings, taking notes, and drafting minutes.
* Identifying additions and improvements to the Compliance Monitoring Programme and assisting with monitoring tasks.
* Maintaining regulatory registers, including complaints, gifts, losses, breaches, and risk registers.
* Reviewing and actioning sanctions and other relevant notices.
* Generating and reviewing monthly reports and following up on outstanding matters.
* Assisting with ad hoc project work as required.
* Acting as an ambassador for the firm, building relationships, and promoting best practices.
