Responsibilities
* Produce and develop the highest standard of food within required time and financial targets.
* Research innovative ideas and contribute to all areas of food production, from menu planning and capturing food trends to delighting our customers.
* Communicate effectively, promote team spirit and company culture, and adjust work speed to meet business needs.
* Gather customer feedback, measure success, and commit to continuous learning by attending workshops and forums.
* Improve kitchen management skills and grow professionally.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience and education to C & G 706 1 & 2, NVQ or equivalent.
* Food Safety and Health and Safety certificates at level 2.
* Working knowledge of COSHH & HACCP.
* Two years’ experience in a similar sized operation (advantageous).
* Some experience supervising others.
