Junior Legal PA
A great 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity for a Junior Legal PA who has completed their Legal Secretary course or individuals with administrative or customer service experience looking to gain experience at a top international law firm!

* 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday) and hybrid working (4 days in / 1 day remote)
* Cheltenham location
Junior Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
* Able to develop solutions to ensure an exceptional service is always provided
* Consistently and appropriately update service users on progress and status of tasks where appropriate
* Complete searches at the request of Partners, fee earners, Secretarial Leads or Executives i.e. photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks
* Prepare files for costs assessments
* Support the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system
* Any ad hoc duties as requested by the business
Junior Legal PA Skills & Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months administration experience
* GCSEs graded A to C to include maths and English (or equivalent level of qualification)
