We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and project objectives
* Create detailed 2D and 3D visualisations using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite
* Prepare accurate construction drawings, specifications, and presentation materials
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is realised effectively
* Source materials, furnishings, and finishes that meet design standards and sustainability criteria
* Oversee the implementation of designs on-site, ensuring quality control during construction phases
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and innovative design techniques
Requirements
* Proven experience in interior design or related field with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency
* Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and CAD software
* Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate timelines and resources effectively
* Familiarity with construction processes and building regulations within the UK context
* Strong visualisation skills with an eye for colour schemes, textures, and spatial arrangements
* Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
* A recognised qualification in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred but not essential if complemented by relevant experience
