Job Description:
We are offering a high-profile opportunity to join the Radar and Advanced Targeting Edinburgh Sales Campaign team. This position offers a truly global reach, allowing the Campaign Manager to work with customers across various regions worldwide to deliver market-leading products.
The Campaign Managers lead cross-functional teams to win business, collaborating with colleagues in Commercial, Capability, Programme Management, Engineering, and Finance. The role involves leading Integrated Campaign Teams in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment, requiring strong influencing skills to build relationships internally and externally, including with Embassies and Government Agencies supporting exports.
While some campaigns focus on export, others involve high-profile clients such as the UK MOD, with whom you will develop enduring relationships in the defense industry.
Mission:
Maximize sales and achieve commercial goals related to revenue, market share, and customer loyalty.
Activities:
1. Business Strategy and Development: Define the company's commercial strategy, estimate sales plans and profitability targets, finalize budgets, develop sales approaches, optimize sales processes, set and revise sales plans, and define partner strategies.
2. Funnel Management: Evaluate opportunities considering strategy and feasibility, perform competitor analysis, develop win strategies, identify offers, negotiate with customers, and manage campaigns.
3. Commercial Budgeting and Forecasting: Define and support the monitoring of budget plans and forecasts.
4. Bid and Tender Management: Negotiate contracts and support contractual changes.
5. Relations with Foreign Customers: Gather intelligence, organize meetings, report on contracts and collaborations, and manage customer visits and advisor relationships.
