This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about literacy, learning and supporting young people in developing a lifelong love of reading.
The successful candidate will oversee the daily management of the library, ensuring it remains an engaging, welcoming and productive learning environment for students across KS3, KS4 and KS5. You will be responsible for maintaining library resources, managing stock, supporting research activities and promoting reading throughout the school community.
Working closely with teaching staff and senior leaders, you will support literacy initiatives, curriculum projects and independent learning programmes. The role will also involve organising author visits, reading challenges, book fairs and enrichment activities designed to increase student engagement with reading and learning.
