We're hiring a smart, curious junior Technical Support Engineer who enjoys understanding how things really work - networks, operating systems, logs and scripts - and can explain it clearly to customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's technically solid, hungry to learn, and wants exposure to enterprise-scale SaaS environments.
The Offer:
* Annual Salary up to £41,000 doe
* 12-month PAYE contract (inside IR35)
* Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite (Staines, Surrey)

What you'll be doing
* Troubleshooting customer issues across networking, OS and automation components
* Analysing logs on Windows and Linux systems
* Reading and understanding scripts to diagnose issues
* Explaining technical problems clearly to non-technical users
* Owning support cases and working through issues end to end
What we're looking for
* Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers
* 1-3 years' experience in technical support, IT support, NOC, service desk or similar
* Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP,
* Working knowledge of Windows and Linux
* Ability to read and understand scripts - any language - preferred JavaScript
* Curious mindset - you ask why, not just what
