Role - Mobile Estate Cleaner
Location - Fulham
Pay - £13 per hour PAYE Incl Holiday | £17.10 per hour Ltd Umbrella
Hours - 35 per week

Service Care Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an Estate Cleaner to join a Housing Association working out of Hammersmith and Fulham for an initial 6 month period

In this role, you’ll provide an efficient and effective service as a member of the Estates team.
You’ll ensure that adequate stock control is kept of all materials, equipment and facilities while ensuring youcarry out all grounds maintenance work including litter picking, leaf blowing, communal cleaningas requested by the Estates Supervisor as well as other duties relevant to the role.
What you'll need
* You’ll be an experienced Mobile Cleaner carrying out cleaning services and be responsible for communicating requirements and reporting incidents.
* You’ll be able to work individually or collaboratively with other team members, staff and external contractors; prioritise own workload but also follow a schedule.
* You’ll be proactive in helping assess for maintenance related issues, health and safety including reporting building defects and completing basic compliance checks.
* You’ll be able to effectively prioritise and ensure effective use of own time.
This will be a mobile role so it is important that you hold a Full UK Driving License and can drive a vehicle of all types.
The role will involve working with a range of residents and colleagues, so a positive approach to collaborative team working is essential.
Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8am till 4pm.
