Our client is a start-up within the beauty space. With a team of 15 across the UK, US and Dubai, they are now looking for a SNAM / Channel Head to drive UK sales growth across both existing and new accounts.
Job Description
* Manage and grow existing accounts
* Actively prospect and win new business
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
* Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience managing either Boots or Superdrug at national level
* Ideally experience selling mass beauty brands
* Excited by SMEs and start-ups, hunter mentality
* A background in beauty or similar industry
* Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
* Results-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills
* Able to be in London 3 days a week
