Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Development and Sustainability working across Staffordshire and Cheshire The Head of Development and Sustainability will be responsible for overseeing the development of projects and initiatives focused on sustainability and growth. Day-to-day tasks include strategy development, project management, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various departments to execute and monitor sustainability programs.
Qualification/experience
Strategic leadership and operational management. • Leading multiple teams, working across the organisation and successfully managing and delivering projects. • Able to build and develop relationships at all levels through both excellent written and oral communication and with multiple stakeholders and managers, including Local Authorities, voluntary sector & commercial partners and the NHS. • Successfully leading and motivating a team to achieve targets. • Track record of successful submission of tenders and /or funding applications.
