What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting two of the most respected mortgage advisors on the Isle of Wight to help people secure their next home, whether thats processing mortgage applications from initial submission to completion, to liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure that everyone is informed and kept up to date (including expediting external providers to support completions).
Managing documentation and compliance checks and ensuring that comprehensive records are maintained in our CRM and management systems, in line with all of the regulatory requirements.
Arranging meetings and appointments with clients, banks, developers and estate agents.
Supporting brokers with administrative tasks and client communications.
What We’re Looking For
Ideally you already have experience in mortgage administration or financial services and understand the pressures buyers can be under, so you know how to keep the process moving quickly and efficiently.
You have great communication skills and can share both good and bad news with clients in a calm and professional manner.
You have exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, and are proactive in fixing problems for people.
You are used to working on lots of things at the same time, so have great time management skills and know how to prioritise, not just your own time, but that of the brokers and other colleagues.
You are confident with a range of software systems, whether its Word, Excel or bespoke in house databases and CRM systems.
