Main Duties
Provide a supportive learning environment for trainees, participate in audits, and lead continuous improvement programs.
The post-holder participates in the provision of a high‑quality Diagnostic Ultrasound Service to the Trust, supporting the superintendent radiographer in the day‑to‑day organisation of the department and accepting responsibility for designated areas of work.

* UK experience and HCPC registration (or equivalent).

* Effective leadership and team working.
* High level of work organisation, self‑motivation, drive for performance and improvement plus flexibility in approach and attitude.
Person Specification – Experience / Knowledge
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of current and emerging ultrasound techniques and relevant topics / professional issues.
* Demonstrable operational management experience in the health service.
Salary: £55,524 to £62,652 per annum inclusive.
