Senior Support Analyst
Salary: 33,450 - 35,263
Hours: 1.0 FTE / 35 Hours
Location: Based at Falkirk Campus
Contract: Fixed Term to July 2026
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Senior Support Analyst to join our IT Team, primarily supporting and managing our Alloa and Stirling Campuses. The successful candidate will report to the IT Manager and will have the ability to work effectively with students, external agencies, and staff at all levels within the organization.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in delivering effective customer service and working within a Helpdesk Management system.
* HND in Computing or equivalent qualification.
* Good experience with Office 365 administration, Azure, and ideally some knowledge of Macs, servers, networking, and cloud solutions.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong written and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and a flexible attitude to complete tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day operations of IT hardware, networks, and systems within our Alloa and Stirling Campuses.
