A welcoming and ambitious primary school in Speke (L24) is seeking a dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join their team from October 2025. This is a full-time role offered on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for a lovely Year 1 class, delivering a creative and engaging curriculum that meets the diverse needs of all learners. You will work closely with teaching assistants, senior leaders, and parents to ensure pupils are happy, confident, and making strong progress throughout the academic year.
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised qualification
* Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally in a Year 1 setting
* Be confident in delivering differentiated and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Show a calm, patient, and nurturing approach to behaviour and classroom management
* Be enthusiastic about making a positive impact on early learning and development
* Be committed to school life, including participation in extracurricular activities and collaborative planning
