A small online gallery looking for an intern to join us immediately for 3 days a week for 3 months and gain an unique experience in the world of art, design & events. Our program is designed to be short-term and flexible to accommodate your academic commitments.
The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who passionate about design, event, online marketing, creative minded with a positive attitude and highly organized.
This position aim to offer a valuable learning experience that will provide you with insights and skills relevant to your career aspirations, particularly in the realm of overseeing and running a small creative business. For final year student, this work placement should be considered beneficial if you believe it aligns with your goals and will contribute to your professional development.
We will cover costs related to travel and meals, and we are committed to providing a reference or recommendation letter upon request after the internship. It's important to note that there are no promises of a work contract following the completion of the internship.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with event planning, organizing, and executing, customer service at trade shows
* Assisting with fashion/product design and development for gallery shop
* Assisting with the indoor/outdoor photo shooting, modeling and picture editing
* Assisting with the online marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), keyword planner
* Assisting in preparing stock, labeling, quality control
* Assisting with maintaining website, social media, blog, and writing press releases
Competencies
* Good computer skill, familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
* Efficient, diligent and attention to detail
* Passion for Chinese & Japanese art & design
* Friendly & helpful, always put the customer first
* Able to work independently & remotely
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Speak English fluently
* It will be an advantage if you live close to Croydon, (London Based Only)
