Are you a qualified teacher (QTS) looking for flexible teaching opportunities in schools that value your expertise? We’re working with schools across Romford who need cover teachers to step in and make a difference — whether it’s for a few days, weeks, or several months.
These roles require teachers who are
• Qualified with QTS and eligible to work in UK schools
• Confident managing classrooms across a range of subjects and year groups
• Reliable, adaptable and ready to maintain continuity for students
• Flexible with availability, able to cover both short notice and planned assignments
You will be expected to deliver lessons that are often pre-planned, manage behaviour effectively, and support students to stay on track during teacher absences. Both short-term and longer-term placements are available, offering great opportunities to gain varied experience.
You’ll be fully supported by the anzuk team throughout the process, with clear communication and feedback at every step.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Strong classroom management skills and flexibility with availability
