Join our community. We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues, working 17.5 hours per week with a starting salary of £24,500 pro-rata, comprising a base salary of £24,000 pro-rata plus an additional £500 flexible benefit.
You’ll be the friendly face and voice for Santander customers, acting as a listener and problem solver. You’ll assist with transactions, support technology in the banking hall, handle calls, and help protect customers against fraud and scams. The role is multi-skilled and requires a flexible approach across a broad range of activities. You’ll be part of a close-knit branch team.
Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
* Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
* Answering customer calls into our contact centre
* Building relationships and finding solutions
* Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers
* Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience

* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or via telephony
* The ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs

What else you need to know
* This is a part-time permanent branch-based role, 17.5 hours across Monday to Saturday, within 8:00am – 6:00pm
* The role is based in our Luton branch
